@The session named gLow Carbon Sustainable Transport Systemsh was held in Better Air Quality 2010 (BAQ 2010) which is conference hosted by Clean Air Initiative (CAI).
@In this session, Institution for Transport Policy Studies made a presentation about a backcasting method which was developed in gStudy of Transport System in a Low Carbon Societyh. And two co-researchersf studies were reported. One was gHow to Achieve Very Low Carbon Transport by 2050 at a Reasonable Levelh , presented by Dr. Lew Fulton (IEA), and the other one was gTransport Emissions Forecast and Policy Options for Southeast Asiah, presented by Mr. Alvin Mejia (CAI-Asia Center).
@In the panel discussion which held after research presentation, an active discussion about the transport system for Asia of the future was done by the four panelists, who consist of three co-researchers and an under-secretary of Department of Transportation and Communication in Philippine.
